Terms and Conditions: One Account, 50x on Every Match Deposit
What follows is a plain-language summary of the rules that govern an account with us. It is a summary and nothing more. The binding version lives in the terms and conditions inside your account, it is the one you accepted at registration, and where the two differ, that version wins. Verify anything you intend to rely on.
Your account
One account per person, per household, per shared device. You must be at least eighteen, legally permitted to gamble where you live, and using your own identity and your own money. Duplicate accounts are closed on detection, and where a duplicate was used to claim an offer twice, the associated balance goes with it.
The account currency is fixed at registration and cannot be changed afterwards. Your name at verification must match the name on the payment method that funded the account; a deposit from a card or wallet belonging to somebody else will be returned rather than played.
Bonuses and wagering
Match bonuses carry a fifty-times playthrough requirement calculated on the bonus amount, not on the deposit that triggered it. Pokies contribute at or near full weight toward that requirement; table games, live dealer games and video poker contribute little or nothing, and the exact weighting is published on each promotion because it varies between campaigns.
Winnings derived from the four-part welcome package are capped at AU$5,000 or six times the combined total of the four qualifying deposits, whichever your account terms apply. The no-deposit spin offer carries its own separate ceiling of AU$200. Cash balances are always spent before bonus balances, so funds never mixed with bonus money are withdrawable without playthrough.
Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is still in progress typically forfeits the remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived from it. Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active; exceeding them can void the bonus. Bonus abuse — including coordinated play across accounts, and stake patterns designed to convert playthrough without risk — voids the bonus and may close the account.
Deposits, withdrawals and verification
The minimum deposit is AU$10 on cards and e-wallets and AU$20 by bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal is AU$20. Withdrawals are capped at AU$10,000 across a rolling week, applied to the account rather than to the transaction, and a balance above that ceiling is paid across consecutive weeks. Loyalty tiers lift the ceiling.
Every withdrawal enters a review of up to twenty-four hours, during which it may be cancelled from the account page. Verification — a government photo ID, a proof of address dated within three months, and where relevant a partial card image — must be complete before the first payout is released. We charge no withdrawal fee on any rail; network fees on cryptocurrency and any charge levied by your own bank are outside our control.
Closure, changes and disputes
You may close an account at any time from the account page or by contacting support, and any withdrawable balance is returned. We may close an account for a breach of these terms, for a failed age or identity check, or where required by the licensing authority. Self-exclusion, once set, runs for the period chosen and is not reversible on request.
We may amend the terms, and material changes are notified inside the account before they take effect. Continued play after that notice is acceptance. Disputes are escalated first through our support team and then to the Curacao licensing authority; there is no Australian ombudsman with jurisdiction over an offshore casino, and we would rather state that than let the absence go unmentioned.
